It is enough to set the value to – 128 kbps . However you can test other bit rate values if they produce any noticeable difference.
Similarly With the options under Audio setting you can set various Audio quality related options. Options that are available in this section are:-
1) Frequency: Actually this option’s utility totally depends on the hardware capability of your phone. Just set it to 16000 Hz which is supported by maximum phone models.
2) Bit rate: This is little bit tricky to increase the quality of audio of the movie file. So setting it to 128 kbps provides you mp3 quality sound.
3) Volume boost: Set it to maximum up to 200% setting value greater then this will make your video uselessly loud.
4) Force mono: If you are unable to distinguish stereo and mono sounds on your phone then just enable this option.
Or simply to get automated optimized parameters set your phone model form – ‘optimized for’ section.
