HOW TO APPLY FONTS: The fonts featured here are no longer in “sis” file, so no need to install, just follow this simple instructions how to use them and how to removed them without using font remover. Note: U MUST HAVE A FILE EXPLORER TO BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE PHONE’S SYSTEM FOLDERS. STEP1] Download the file, unzip it and extract the file to any disk (phone memory or memory card). WARNING: DO NOT PROCEED TO STEP2 IF U HAVE A FONT INSTALLED (BESIDES THE DEFAULT FONT). Remove it first by a Font Remover Application or DO THE PROCEDURE OF REMOVING FONT WITHOUT USING A FONT REMOVER (See Below). STEP2] Create a folder named “Fonts” on “system” folder on disk C:\ (phone memory), or the path should be this “C:\system\Fonts\. STEP4] Now, look for the extracted file (.gdr file extension) , move it to the “Fonts” folder, STEP5] RESTART THE PHONE. STEP6] This applies only if the previous font was installed (sis file). Go to “app manager”, look for an application named font, remove it. WARNING: DO NOT PUT MORE THAN “ONE” SET OF CREATED FONTS ON THE FONTS FOLDER. IF U WANT TO CHANGE A NEW SET OF FONTS, ALWAYS REMOVE THAT FONTS’ FOLDER BY RENAMING IT AND GOING BACK TO STEP 2. ….. PROCEDURE OF REMOVING A FONT WITHOUT USING A FONT REMOVER APPLICATION: 1] GO TO SYSTEM FOLDER ON DISK C:\, LOOK FOR THE “FONTS” FOLDER, RENAME IT (ex. “X”, any name) AND DELETE IT. IF THIS WAS A NEW FONT, HAVE A PROPER NAME TO ITS FOLDER AND MOVE IT TO AN ARCHIVE FOLDER. (More discussion below). 2] IF U WANT TO CHANGE TO A NEW FONT, THEN, GO BACK AND PROCEED TO [STEP 2-Creating "Fonts" folder...], OTHERWISE 3] IF U INTEND TO GO BACK TO PHONE’S DEFAULT FONT, THEN RESTART UR PHONE. If the previous font was installed, go to “app manager”, look for an application named “font” and remove it. ….. CREATE AN ARCHIVE FOR FONTS: If for instance the font u are using is an istalled one, do away the process of installing the next time u want to use it by creating an archive folder for that set of fonts. Instead of deleting it first, have a proper name for that folder and move that to an archive folder, so that the next time u want to use that same set of fonts, u just copy and paste it on the “Fonts” folder, provided that u had just removed the previous set of fonts. |
